Excellent location, new and cozy house with all the comforts.

The place was clean and everything was provided even for unwanted animals was something on site.

I enjoyed my stay at Christy and Thomas's Place. It was easy to walk to the store and I got to swim in the pool. I'd be happy to stay again.

Christy and Thomas's place is beautiful and located in a great spot. We wanted to stay walkably near Ali'i Dr. and their place is just that. The accomodation is also close to the highway and easy to access anywhere on the island. It was a big help to have a full kitchen to cook in on nights we just wanted to spend in. We needed to communicate with them and they were fast to respond with helpful information. So glad we stayed here!

A great little place close to downtown, we were able to walk to the village easily. Comfortable with everything you need to have a nice vacation, including beach chairs/towels/umbrella/toys.

Loved this spot for the week! It’s a perfect size and the kitchen is great!! Loved the lanai for relaxing in the morning and evening - it’s beautiful!!! The bed is comfortable and it was really nice having AC in there. Love this place!

We were lucky to be the second family to stay here. -laundry units are mobile app payment instead of coin operated. -grocery store/gas station is very close to the unit. Walking distance to the ocean, beach, pier and lots of restaurants and shops. -parking is included and assigned to your unit. -clean and cute little unit. -would recommend and stay here again! -beach chairs & boogie board were a hit with my family.

The apartment has been completely remodeled. It was lovely to stay in a place that was so fresh and new. The bed and furnishings were comfortable, and everything worked well. Christy and Thomas responded quickly to questions and made sure that our stay went well. The walk to the pier is only a few blocks, and all conveniences were within walking distance.

Location is the best, walking distance to everything essentials such as Crossfit gym, supermarket and coffee shop. Condo is also 3 streets away from the beachfront shops. Peaceful neighborhood never had issues with neighbors. Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards are available to use. Bed is comfy, slept alright for all 5 nights. I would stay here again if I visit Big Island again. Owners let us check in early and check out late, which was very considerate of them.

+ It was decorated with love and facilities were great. - Small insects in the bathroom (for which insect killer has been provided)

The location is great. Many restaurants within 1-2 blocks. It is just a couple blocks to start walking along the shopping avenue of Kona along the beach. Great sunsets. Easy assigned parking. I stayed for a week with my 2 adult children. We used it as a base to explore the island in the mornings, and then walk to restaurants and watch the sunsets in the evenings. A very memorable vacation. I would rent this place again.

Really appreciate all of the tips and help Thomas gave us for our boys’ trip to Hawaii for their graduation. They had a blast and tried a lot of the thing Thomas told them about and loved it. Would recommend staying here for sure.
